Aitana Bonmati has become the seventh different footballer to win The Best FIFA Women's Player award.
The Spain and Barcelona midfielder was confirmed as the 2023 winner at The Best FIFA Football Awards ceremony in London on Monday.
Bonmati, 25, topped the vote ahead of Spain teammate Jenni Hermoso and Real Madrid's teenage Colombian starlet Linda Caicedo.
Carli Lloyd won the first edition of The Best FIFA Women's Player award in 2016.
The prize has also been won by Lieke Martens, Marta, Megan Rapinoe, Lucy Bronze and twice by Alexia Putellas.
